Google earth plugin

A few years ago I found a plugin for google earth that traced every single rail line thats ever been laid down in Massachusetts. I have since moved on to a better pc but cant seem to find the plugin anywhere. Does anyone have a link to it?

I don't know about Mass, but here's a link to the State of Maine's GIS that has the same information. https://www.maine.gov/megis/catalog/ Its near the bottom of the page under "Transportation Networks."
