In the 2nd Quarter Pocket List of Railroad Officials, the "Claremont Concord R.R. Corp." is listed as a discontinued operation. There website seems to be up and runnig at http://www.theccrr.com/ and they are involved with the Flying Yankee Restoration. Is this guide just way off, or mayeb there was a change in corporate structure. Any news or clarification appreciated.

Thanks
Brooks

I was up in Claremont Jct. last week and they had a huge string of covered hopper cars on the wye leading to the main line. They appeared to be very busy, which is a good thing.

I was noticing a month ago that the Claremont Concord RR at Claremont Jct. was clogged with short-closed hopper cars. It appears that they are very busy. Has business picked up for them? I know that they go up to WRJ and service the line to Westboro. What is going on?

Does anyone have the current roster for the Claremont & Concord RR? I think all but one of the 44T's are gone? If memory serves me correctly they should have three S4's: 102, 104 & 106.
Thank you

104,105,119. Dont know what else is dead lined over there. Although I do believe that 119 is on its way out.

Thanks, PVRX1!

Are #30 and #119 still on the property?

I know they said they were sold, but I have not been to the railroad since last summer so I cannot say for sure.

Someone needs to let C&C know to update their own site! :-D

For the record, is the Claremont Concord RR. There's no longer a "&" in there. (Just doesn't sound right.) Pretty sure the change took place when the current owner purchased the RR.

It was actually CC, then C&C, then CC again.
