I'm bumping this thread because I have a question about the dredging phase of the casino cleanup, which is happening now. According to the Globe, it's been ongoing since October and is a 24-hour operation:

On Marine Traffic, the tug Brahma appears to be moving a barge with the dredge spoils from the casino "harbor" to SPS construction's facility on the Island End River, next to the track that runs to Ciment Quebec and the scrap yard.

Their web page mentions access to rail. Does anyone know how the spoils are being processed and shipped out? I doubt they are using rail, but had to ask!
