Why is there a thread about Maine RDC service under general instead of New England?

In Passenger--General so that people who are interested in any new passenger service will see it.

Picked up later this afternoon. As I was crossing Deep Cut on my way home at about 5:15, I looked down to see CSX just going under the overpass.

2003 began its journey east today, on FGLK GS-2.

11 cars west today, 2003 is still at or west of Selkirk; it wasn't on yesterday or this morning's M426 out of NY.
