If a railroad supllied the frame, trucks, etc. would Railpower build one of its locomotives on a SD40-2 frame? Is the price of their locomotive expected to go down as more are built?

Cant see why not. 3 Gensets and the rest batteries on the SD40-2's extended bodies.

While from a railfanning perspective, i cant stand these goats, the engineering, economic and environmental benifits of these things is fantastic!
