I was planning on heading south through the heart of the state, and before driving the Canisteo Valley and shooting Thoroughbreds, I was wondering what my chances are of catching WNY&P action, specifically large Schenectady dinosaurs with six legs, in the Hornell-Alfred area of the line? Thank you all.

Take the extra couple hours to hit Olean,NY around 10:00 or so then chase the three M636's South into PA. It is well worth the extra time. Besides Afternoon is dead on the Tier. It's best in the AM.
