The following is quoted from The News Herald under the Police and Fire Calls. It's too bad people don't have better things to do than to cause problems for us respective folks. The LAL/WNYP family is such a railfan friendly RR. Crap like this causes not only RRs, but everything in society to punish all for the stupidty of a few. Here's the article:

Railroad mischief
Four "no trespassing" signs were stolen from the railroad bridge that crosses Oil Creek off of North Seneca Street, Oil City, and were found discarded in the creek, city police said.
"The railroad bridge owners ... will be willing to prosecute actors who are found on the bridges within the city," police wrote in a statement. "This would not include any sidewalk for normal pedestrian use, only actors located on the railroad bed itself."
Depending on the seriousness of the charges, people who take signs or drive vehicles on rail beds could face fines from $50 to $1,000, police said.
