2007 WNYP Movements

My brother and I chased WAME-24 all day yesterday. We had a pretty good day with a rare reverse shove across the historic WYE bridge in Oil City. Plus when we got to Rynd Farm to catch them coming in to drop off for the OC&T, an OC&T crew was there with the MLW to take WNYP's drop off back to Titusville so we got a meet. A Titusville customer needed one of the cars to start working today, so the OC&T made an 'extra' run. It doesn't look like they brought anything new with them that wasn't there on Sunday waiting for pick up yesterday. They may have still made their normal run today.

CR blue.

the NS Olean West Siding. 533 will be tieing the train down and the
crew will be taxied."

I am told by those in the know that there should be a stone train from Driftwood today. It will use the four Alcos that were reported on Railfan.net to be running around the Olean area, namely 630, 430, 431 and 424. Should be a good show. Hopefully some of the locals can post pictures.

8/22/07 DFT southbound out of Olean, 2 GP38's light powered before noon Wed. DFT-22 had the two leased NS GP 38's with the 5338 in CR blue leading the 5101, taking a cut of stone north over the hill

Local with 424 at corry switched out erie plastics and universal drilling! returned to mead sometime around 4pm
