This is just after I am trying to finish my LA&L Models.

Now that the Phase 2 C425 is out, there is no excuse to not do 425.

If you read the Atlas Post, I have contacted Rob P to get the LA&L/WNYP Models correctly. I had to!

I just think there are some typos going on. The drawings match Phase I. Phase II would be number boards notched in. So maybe because the C425 was Phase II the webperson typed Phase II for the C424 also.
