Yesterday 7/28, a WNYP local with WNYP engines #432, 431 & LAL #424 made a trip to Wellsville's Vosler Rd., and tied down for the night. The consist included several Gons loaded with new ties and The Traveler along with several other types to about a 30 car train. This morning #432 and the Traveler and the tie gons were delivered to the NS South yards in Hornell. The gons were separated from the engine and passenger car. It appears that the siding for the WNYP is now in place, in Hornell's yard.

Thanks to some reliable information, the siding in the Hornell yards that I spoke of above, is not the new one that the IDA was assisting in the development of, but one that NS has updated on its own. The IDA interchange has yet to be completed. Thank you to Roc and Pablo for correcting my confusion.
