Bridge over River Street in Avon

Does anyone know if, and when,work will restart on the bridge over River Street in Avon? Furthermore,will the bridge be replaced or will the present one be modified?

I dont know what you are refering to..there is no railroad bridge, or bridge of any kind, over River street in Avon.

Sorry about that every one. I was having a mental block when I said River, I should of said Spring Street. This happens when you get old.
