These links show pictures of Soyuz rockets being rolled out to the launchpad, at Baikonur Cosmodrome (the Russian equivalent of NASA's Cape Canaveral).

While NASA moves it's rockets on a crawler , which has treads from a huge piece of strip mining equipment, Russia moves it's rockets on rails. I believe the locomotive is classed as a TM-3.

While I know almost nothing about the Russian space program, I know that NASA has it's own utility railroad for moving rockets, parts, subsystems, etc. Perhaps the Russians have a similar system.

The Locomotive looks to be a TEM-7 or a CKD ČME3 built in Czechoslovakia they were known as class ЧМЕ3 in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.
