Unusual equipment at WSS

I recently saw an unusual piece of equipment on a siding at White Sulphur Springs. It was a large fan about five feet in diameter mounted on a car with a generator. Car lettered TVM 201301, Spelling Railway Services. I believe that CSX uses fans to expel gases from tunnels when track crews are working in the tunnel. Was this one of those pieces of equipment? Thanks.
