Just to clarify my original posting, all of the 9000 class engines I have been seeing are low numbered, conventional cab locomotives.

About 2 weeks ago i saw 2 UP C40-8's on the Riverline pulling L169. Its nice to see locomotives from different railroads as it sure beats the pure CSX lashups im used to seeing.
