I hate to take all the fun out of the search, but is this the line?

BTW, thebigham, is that your review of Smokey's online?

^Yes, that's it.

I've attached a map I've been using. Plus, I have copies of the original TV&C survey maps.

Yes, that's my review of Smokey's. I should add that the bartender told me "the kid" was working in the kitchen. Someone inexperienced...

LOL, I kinda figured...

Mom didn't want to cook when I was out there last Saturday, so she suggested getting beef on wecks from Smokey's, but she couldn't remember the number. I whipped out my phone and looked it up, and there's a review with a familiar name on it. "Hey I know who that guy is, and probably why he was there!"

Pics of the TV&C where it crossed today's Brookside Road.

The TV&C probably had a bridge here over the road. It's where the blue line is on the aerial photo.

The road was on the TV&C survey maps.

A local campground owns the grade from here to Summit. I'll hike that this Fall.

Here's the TV&C color survey map that shows where the TV&C crossed Brookside Road (which are the dashed lines)

Heading towards Rushford from the Summit area...

The TV&C is very easy to find through the woods here

When the grade comes out of the woods into an open field, you get quite a view of the valley!

Next, let's head for the horseshoe curve located here on the TV&C survey map.

The blue line is where I took the pics in the next post.

The view is facing down the valley to Rushford.

The TV&C had to go through another horseshoe curve before the grade headed down to Rushford.

Next up on the TV&C is where the grade goes through a large farm operated by an Amish family.

The TV&C will cross West Centerville Road then East Centerville Road where there is a horseshoe curve and then it crosses East Centerville Road.

The other horseshoe curve on the TV&C survey map

The grade of the horseshoe curve through here is gone.

I hope this all makes sense. If you have any questions, please ask.

I'll be hiking the TV&C again this winter.

I was out hiking the TV&C today.

I found a short section of the TV&C in the woods across from where B&S Road and Rt. 98 meet.

Also along East Centerville Road.

Very brushy. Lots of briars. I tripped and fell. I ran into a briar that left a long scratch mark on my face! And a large dog jumped on me. But, he was friendly and was so excited to meet me! lol

I found a good stretch of the TV&C along the creek. I cannot believe how easy the grade was to find. It doesn't show on Lidar.

It's very scenic. It's a hillside, the TV&C grade, the creek (which I cannot find a name of) and another hillside. The water was high so I could not cross the creek to see if there was more of a grade.

Here's the area at Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/7YpSrdcEsQxW6iNdA
