Once the double tracking is done will Tri-Rail be able to run 79 MPH the whole time, of course exception being New River Bridge and south of Metrorail station which I think is 45 MPH without restriction.

Is there still the 10 MPH speed limit around the water plant nort of west Palm Beach station ? What I observed was a vey looong CSX freight clogging up the track negoitiating the curve there.
