Transit/Railroad Transit Oriented Development Opportunites?

I am an architect/planner/designer and I have done several railroad station projects already; I am looking to transition from my career in architecture into something that focuses on Transit Oriented Development and Planning, can anyone give me guidance as to where I might go to find such jobs? I live in the Philadelphia, PA area and have already applied to DVRPC, I can not believe they are the only option, any direction for these kinds of positions would be helpful, thank you.
