Does anyone know of any good train id websites? You know, point of origin and point of destination. For example, train CWEMS or train U76771. What's that mean? I knew of one such website, but it's address slipped my mind... :(

Altamont Press has a series of railfan timetables for sale. The website is altamontpress.com.

As far as the CWENS train on the Union Pacific railroad, here's how it brakes down; C=coal train, WE=Arco, CO (West Elko Mine), NS=NS coal various orgin. I would say this is a unit coal train from Arco, CO going to be handed of to the Norfolk Southern railroad to get this shipment to a customer.

I hope this helps out. :-)
