Reportedly, HAZMAT is involved:

The incident occurred at 1045A today, so details at this time are understandably, "sketchy".

But considering how the NTSB Final Report apparently will hold the NS far more culpable with the "botched" HAZMAT cleanup at E Palestine, the industry simply "doesn't need this".

Whatever hazmats there were, the evacuation order was rescinded. Didn't see anything more than a bunch of tankers that accordioned.
