The recent timetable advertises a 3'57" run for #59 from Ottawa to Toronto. Does the train actually run nonstop, or does it stop at a place like Brockville or Belleville to change crews?
Also, do the faster Montreal-Toronto trains like 66/67 run thru with a single crew?

Yes, the trains run through without a crew change. Just a few weeks ago I rode train 59 from Ottawa to Toronto and it actually arrived on time. We might have been early but had to stop for freight congestion east of Belleville. I'm told this is a frequent occurrence. All of the trains between Toronto and Ottawa and Montreal and Toronto operate without a change of crew, although the head-end crews may change at Ottawa on those Toronto - Montreal trains that operate on that route.
