I've heard of a lot of qualified people with great backgrounds not getting job offers for no apparent reason. I have an interview coming up with UP (presumably a panel) for a crew dispatch position. Are there any tips or hints that particularly stand out with the UP interview process? It sounds like one little mistake will blow an entire interview, which I guess is believable considering how many people apply for each open position.

A. Give them the impression you don't mind working in nasty weather
B. Let them know your not afraid of physical labor
C. Also tell them you are not opposed to relocating
D. sell it, make them think you just gotta have the job.
