Tier NY is/was in the old Niagara Junction engine house and had their own GE switcher. I see on Google they are closed now. They did tank car cleaning.

Location is 43.08094001624901, -79.01783254248375

Anyone have an update on them? Is the switcher still there? Thanks.

Is Oakley Tanks lines the same as Tier? Google shows Permanently Closed.

I few years ago I ventured off the bike path and rode around the industrial areas. Everything looks beat up. Thousands of square feet of empty parking lots and boarded up windows. I can't remember specifically where I rode but I know I did come up against live track. Tried not to attract attention. If we get some climate change warmer weather I'll try and take a peak.

I think Oakley is in the large building just below the brick engine house. The brick engine house is the vertical building with all the tracks coming out of it on its east side. Oakley should be the bigger building to the south. That bigger building is where Ontario Locomotive used to be in 1981.
