The River Division

I've been collecting information on the River Division for what seems like forever to write a book about its history. Now that I have the time to do it, I need to fill in many gaps in what I have . Does anyone have any bulletins or special orders? I will pay for copies or postage, I do not need originals, nor do I want to keep them.
The book will also cover the NYO&W operations below Cornwall, any information about those operations will be appreciated and included.
