"Sealed proposals for grading, masonry and track laying on about fifty miles of railroad, main line and sidings, will be received by the Rutland-Canadian Railroad Company, at the office at Rutland, Vermont until noon Wednesday......" Its a long bid and is near the bottom. It is posted right next to another bid for a pumping plant for the Hawaiian Government [to help find it].
