terminal information for Vancouver, Wa

Can anyone tell me about this particular terminal location in Vancouver, WA? I have recently been considering getting out of aviation, but I have noticed a lot of the conductor positions are in cities where there is nothing around as far as the eye can see. This location sounds appealing since it's in a larger city, with more to offer for my wife and child. I am just looking for some info about this location....is there a lot of work there? How often are people likely to get furloughed at this location? Thanks.
