That's definitely not the BRC. That's the Central Illinois Railroad, which uses the old CB&Q scheme:

Its funny that you chose thaose pictures. The CIRY picture features it waiting on cars from the same company mentioned in my previous anecdote. That engine is ex BRC, and you chose a picture of the same engine back in its BRC days (I think, the company owns 4 and the numbers are jumbled)
