Taylors, SC 6/25/08 Rather dirty, but proudly leading this ~150 car train. He was accelerating from a red, but normally they do 65+ on this line, even through town.

Conrail Operation Lifesaver (Norfolk Southern) #5290 was roaming around South Jersey the past 2 weeks. Does anyone know how many remain in the Operation Lifesaver Paint scheme? According to NSdash9.com the two remaining were NS #5262 and #5290. I think #5262 has been repainted death black so that only leaves one left on Norfolk Southern's roster. Does CSX have any Conrail Blue still left in the Operation Lifesaver paint scheme?

Here's #5290 about a week ago, I really hope they let her stay blue for a few more years...she still looks mighty good.
