That one is owned by Loon Mt.and not the town.That's why Clark's could'nt get the2-4-2T from them all those years.

Honestly..........Do you 2 have any clue what you are talking about?

There is zero interest in another steam engine in North Conway. With 9 car Notch Trains becoming the norm, and the current restoration of 7470, there is little time
or manpower to work with a tank engine.....

There is already a static display in NoCo..501

I honestly have to laugh at some of these posts on here.......used to be a great place to get info and learn some things

Now it is literally a foam factory

I'm sorry I got caught up in what was being said about Conway scenic getting another steam loco.I know what I'm talking about when it comes to CLark's and loon mt. I've been coming to this area for over 50 yrs..,and have many rr.friends here.Like what was said about the 501 I assumed this was their static display.
