BZZT ... I'm sorry that is incorrect.

TLTX hoppers are the regular Tilcon Train to Prima Asphalt

JTSX/JOGX are for the OTHER Rock Guy in Yaphank

And I heard, I heard, that Tilcon may be problematic this year ... damnable lawyers.

East Side Access Contractor will be getting the Tunnel Boring Machine soon. Reportedly the tunnel muck will be going out by train, so ther might be another "rock train" running again.
Not sure who's hoppers will be used.
