steam locomotive bell

I have a bell with cradle, yoke, and crank. on the cradle is the #9219 and on the bell is #88 or 38. also on the brass bell is the name brady. can anyone tell me where this bell is from? what engine? what state?

Jerry, some details about where you acquired the bell or, even better, a picture, might help. It is great that you have that info about the numbers on it, but any rrailroad could have a locomotive with that number!

Give us some more info and I am sure people will be willing and able to assist.
