SP in Pa.

Does anyone out there know anything about the shortline operation from Coatesville Pa. to Wilmington De. coming under the ownership of a new railroad that is going to use former Southern Pacific U-Boats on that line ?I heard a rumor to that effect from a fellow railfan but nothing else. Thanks

I heard from someone that it was the Penn Eastern Lines that might have it now. I'm not to sure on it, but maybe.
