Spotted SOO Line 6004 and 6040 today on a southbound at North Bergen at 9:30 AM. Both units in full SOO white scheme. The 6040 appears to have had it's number restencilled on the cab with a different font.
Friday afternoon's Q300 nb thru Philly featured these same two SOO units. Quite a surprise.
