Well, I see the thread is gone, so let's start again.
Has anyone heard or seeen anything on the status of the NS connector along Black Legs Creek? Last I heard, the Surface Transportation Board had said it was OK by them. I think NS had purchased all the property they needed.
Anyone know of a hold-up, or is it just that winter was upon us and that's no time to be building a railroad?
