I pulled an all-nighter last night between Pgh. and the Monaca Bridge. Here's my favorite of the 5 trains that I saw. I should have picked a different night than Sunday night, but what the hey, it was better than sleeping.

The pic is G385 head west toward New Castle over the old P&LE Monaca Bridge with a river barge going up river toward Pgh.

I have some recent shots from the past few weeks.

Will Start out with CSX 4429 working Conrail SA31:

On the tenth I drove by Port Reading and everything was the usual suspects except for this fella who was working Motiva:

On Sunday despite the bad weather we were having in the morning I went out and started by stopping in Hopewell where I caught Q 417:

I then headed over to catch NS H74 but on the way home I heard chatter over the radio as I approached West Trenton, low and behold Q 418 had a stop signal within West Trenton Station, so I swung right over to check it out. 418 had the same power from the mornings Q 417 so it provided me with a chance to get some better shots of the power and a nice shot of them passing a Silverliner IV:

I decided to stick around for a bit which was probably a good decision since I caught Q 706 with a lash up of GE's:

Finally Q 191 came by before I called it a day:

On Monday I headed back to West Trenton in Search of Septa push pulls but was also rewarded with three freights, starting with Q 174:

That was quickly followed by Q 191 which passes 174 right by CP Trent:

After Rush Hour I stuck around for a little while longer and was rewarded with an SD70MAC leading L 438:

Amtrak 56 Arrives at Palmer Yard off of the single track at CSXT Boston Line CP83 while Q 437 waits for the clear signal westbound. This was the first sunny day in over a week!
