The Lansdale/Doylestown line isn't back to its normal schedule yet because it used to have 30 minute headways between Lansdale to Center City using Doylestown(hourly) Link Belt (hourly) turnarounds which combines to the 30 minute headways.

Possibly with the Wawa extension opening?

July 31 for the Southwest Connection Work
Probably the first week of September for an actual schedule change.

Don't expect to see more trains, the carrier has made it plain to the employees that they are satisfied with the current level of service. Even if they wanted to restore a full pre-pandemic schedule it would be difficult given the fact they are hemorrhaging crews once more.

Rush hour capacity seems about right. I was on an evening train last night and it felt quite crowded for just before 8pm. It felt pre-Covid levels.
