Anybody know is the Conductors union at SEPTA will honor the strike if it happens??
SEPTA Union is SMART affiliated.

Honoring a strike really becomes applicable if SEPTA crews have to cross a picket line. Is there anywhere in SEPTA territory where a crew would need to cross a picket line? I don't think any SEPTA yards can be picketed without being pretty quickly removed by court order.
