Today I took a bike ride on the bike trail the goes through the Balmer Yard in Interbay. I haven't been down this way since last summer but I noticed the yard looks a lot emptier than usual. Is the railroad feeling affects from the Covid-19 pandemic or is this just what a standard Friday afternoon looks like.
