Methinks the lack of UPS traffic has more to do with CSX's lack of ability to keep their trains on the tracks and not using NORAC rule 135. I once heard somewhere that on the CSX River Line, the trains that call out w/ an odd train number (line Q103) are northbounds, while the even number trains are southbounds. (OR VICE VERSA) Is there any truth to it? And if so can someone clarify which is which? That's true for the 100 and 200 serie...
