True. Having to go that way as a detour would be rather long, but not completely unworkable. Maybe they could drop the Camden loads in Morrisville and have CA07 and CA15 go to and from there? Something like that.

I like the paint scheme on them!

So are these owned by them outright or are they leasing units? Also are they gonna have PTC put in so they won't have to borrow NJT GP40s?

Too long in what sense? To fix the tracks or have trains detour that way? Its not ideal, I know, but it would at least give them something to fall back on.

They keep the bridge going fine AFAIK but I don't see why they wouldn't have that track ready to go incase something REALLY bad happens. Like something that will take the normal route out of service for months/years.

Woodbourne PA is a pretty good spot. Let's you see trains working the yard along with the Fairless Branch which I believe is worked by MO-25? Also the NS Morrisville Line crosses overhead there but hardly anything goes down it. Only problem is as far as the freights go, you will sometimes wait HOURS...

Go back in time 25 years or pray the sand trains start running somehow. Only way you'll see trains like that around there again unfortunately.
