This is a long short,
In that 2010 report they cite "The Northeast Corridor Infrastructure Master Plan, Phase I Project
Development Report, February 2008." Does anyone have access to that report?

The big dig made that impossible. The roadways are connect to tunnels. You would be entering 93 head on.

Update: The rear section of wrecked car 3262 is being removed to use for the reconstruction of car 3260, the remaining sections of car 3262 will then be scrapped.
I landed at 4 pm on Monday, Terminal A and I was at the Blue Line in 10 minuets. Again the Blue Line is free right now.
Your speed will depend on the terminal you land at. The bus I was on, hit Terminal A and the two stops at Terminal B. Then it went straight to Airport with out hitting any traffic.
Agree with your point on Lynn. I assume the Salem discount it to encourage more to take the commuter rail since some of those 400 buses have to go through the tunnel to Haymarket? The T already announced that the 450 is being rerouted to Wood Island.
The Blue Line will be free as part of the Sumner Tunnel shut down . Additionally the T adds that it's reducing the cost of a commuter-rail trip between Salem, Swampscott and Boston to $2.40.
