Would it be possible to bring back the 42 , 46 & 70 trolleys ? There’s already rails on Spruce , 49th , 58th & 60th Streets . Why can’t Septa just rebuild the rails on 52nd , Spruce , & 60th ? They should have enough trolleys for all 3 Routes 🤷🏽‍♂️ . they could make the 42 go in the tunnel at the 36th street portal . they could rebuild the former loop at 54th & City , 58th & Woodland .
