Roger Puta Photographs

Hi all, I hope everyone's doing well. I have seen various photos taken by Roger Puta, does anyone know if these photos are public domain?

Yes, the vast majority of his collection has been released into the public domain, with his friend Marty Bernard doing the scanning. He has uploaded about 7,000 of them to flickr. About 4,000 of those have been also added to Wikimedia Commons; through the efforts of myself and others, many of those have gotten more complete descriptions and sorting.
