The RxR Museum of New England is what the sign says on the fence at Old Saybrook.
Is this stuff part of the Valley RxR ?
A collection of coaches, engines & other stuff.
Where did it come from ?
What's happening there ?
Looks like a dead line :-(

When the yard was first built, the best equipement faced the outside. When the neighborhood vandals began smashing windows, we moved the best to the inside trackage to protect it. Hard to believe - we have had far more vandalism and theft at Saybrook than in Waterbury! The same can be said for the south end yard at Essex.
Work is continuing there to prepare equipment for evacuation to the Naugy.
