Riverdale bulk transfer facility

I rode past the Riverdale station recently (late June '05) and saw that there were no tank cars in the bulk transfer facility located there. Did this business move elsewhere or did perhaps a customer close its doors?

I suspect Mr. Idiot Railfan meant to post this somewhere else. I'd move it to the appropriate forum but Riverdale (like Springfield or Columbus) is a fairly generic place name that could be most anywhere in the US. Does anyone have a clue as to what geographic locality this query refers to?
