RIVER Drawbridge replacement

I read that NJT received around $450 M in September 2014 to replace the drawbridge between South Amboy and Perth Amboy on the North Jersey Coast Line. I am wondering if anyone can offer any information on the progress so far, and I think it is time that this project get its own thread.
