Richmond, VA Frequencies

I have recently moved to the Richmond, VA area and I would like to know what frequencies to "listen to". I have entered all the CSX/NS Freqs. for the area found on the Central VA Railfan Page and I also entered all the AAR Frequenices, however I am hearing frequencies that weren't listed on the Central VA Railfan Page and I would like to know who is talking. If anyone has a list of RR Frequencies for the Richmond are that would be great!
