Great Valley Flyer is crapped out at Jefferson on Track 4. Looks like HEP issues. Lights are flashing like strobes in a haunted house.

Edit: Everything is moving again, but cascading delays. GVF went on its way without lights.

Service has been restored on SEPTA's Chestnut Hill East line.

Trains on the Regional Rail line weren't operating for about an hour due to a car blocking tracks near the Germantown Station. A cab was stopped in the tracks there, halting train service around 9:30 a.m.

The transit agency said shortly after 10:30 a.m. that service was running again. Some residual delays were expected.

“This was a car from the Germantown Taxi Cab Company blocking two tracks on the Chestnut Hill East line about 35 feet up in the air,” says SEPTA spokesman Manny McDonnell Smith.

Doylestown to Link Belt still down since this morning
It was down from Lansdale to Doylestown earlier
Does anyone know why the line is still down?
From the SEPTA site:
Regional Rail:
Lansdale/Doylestown: Trains that normally travel to Doylestown will terminate at Link Belt. Shuttle bus service is being provided from Link Belt to Doylestown. Inbound bus service from Doylestown to Link Belt may experience delays up to 45 minutes.

Today (Tuesday 2/10), SEPTA has suspended NHSL service through most of the AM rush hour. Oddly, no reason at all has been given in the service alerts....

Not sure what the delays/earlier suspension on the Rt100 but they're nowhere near back on schedule. Some people here at Dekalb st have been waiting 35/40 mins and haven't seen a train in any direction.

Update: NHSL is running trains in both directions now but lots of delays and likely overcrowding too. One passenger said there was reportedly problems at 69th earlier this morning. Not sure what exactly.

There is currently no service on the Warminster line due to downed wires at LYNN interlocking. Ironically, chopper video is showing SLIV's and SLV's apparently coupled together. Not sure if one is a rescue set or exactly what's going on with that.

Major delays on the el right now in both directions due to "a dog on the tracks". Originally they told us no service at millbourne or 69th, and shuttle buses ordered to come to 63rd. My 69th st bound train stopped at 46th for a long time, then moved up to 52bd where we were told the train was out of services. No shuttle buses, but septa said to cram hundreds of people onto the 21 bus. Then they said get back on the train, it's going to 69th after all. After a good half hour or so we've now started moving, and crossed over to the eastbound track.

Looks like this mornings trains from Trenton are running between 35 minutes and 2 hours late. Did they restore all 4 tracks to normal service at Frankfort Junction / Shore? Did they restore all the signal and interlocking power?
