Train #4007 (West Trenton - Bethayres Local,Express to Fern Rock, Express to Market East) normally has a 5 car Silverliner set. This morning it was running with a push-pull set with #2304 leading and a 7 car consist. Conductor said there was a delay up at WT.

UPDATE: Regional Rails are stretched beyond capacity. All RR riders are urged to find "Alternate Means of Transportation"

I suggest finding a bus to anywhere downtown and start walking.

I'm guessing it got annulled south of Center City. I sometimes take that train, and was following it on Trainview from the safety of my office (I was on 0115 this morning--good thing I went earlier than usual, because 0115 was only 4 minutes late and the deluge came right after that.

Very odd afternoon rush too. I got to 30th Street about 5:50, intending to avoid Suburban, and I ended up on a very late 582. First time I've ever seen more passengers on at Fern Rock than Suburban. In the meantime, we had police assistance (quite a show of force) to remove a very disorderly passenger and her companions from the train at Market East. I actually had my three-seater to myself all the way to Fern Rock, after which it was SRO.

A train was idle on the Southbound track at Jenkintown this morning around 7:20 and It looked as if it had no power. #4007 came through Jenkintown and was routed around the train, switching to the "right" track at South Jenkin. Trains were delayed ~10 minutes coming off the R3 branch, and a few trains coming up the branch were also delayed ~10 minutes.

Delays tonight for CHE trains.

im on train 4372. we're stopped at fern rock saying someone fell off the train as it was departing the station. will update once we get moving.

UPDATE: started moving after posting last message. will ask conductor what happened when I get off.

UPDATE 2: Conductor didn't want to discuss anything, but said everything was OK. Train was close to schedule when I got off

Anyone know what happened to 4119 (Warminster-Airport) today?
It was showing 1 min late on Train View up until about 8:56, then it was showing 16 late, and indeed reached Glenside 16 min late.

The 7:49 0219 was late getting off the branch. We were running 20 late and ditched 2 cars at Warminster, I was on it and it was a mess, it took 20 just to leave Warminster. I guess that held 4119's previous outbound run got held up due to 0219

Ah, I noticed 0219 was behind as well. That makes a lot of sense now, though it doesn't explain Trainview showing it on time until almost to Glenside (it did the same thing last week).

So now I have another thing to check when I look at Trainview before leaving the house. If 4208 was late, it's probably gonna be late turning to 4119. If 4208 is arrived and off the board, then I can check on 0219.
