How about "Chesapeake & Eastern Seaboard System?"

I think Chessie System is a good idea again. It’s what the C stands for and they continue to paint everything in C&O colors.

Eastern Family Lines? Kinda a callback to the Family Lines System.

Lets try something completely left field:

The Mississippi Eastern Railroad. Because CSX's rail assets are all east of the Mississippi.

Could be worse. It could be Soufolk Northern. :3

Besides being a test, an unnamed CSX boss told me 20 years ago that "C was for Chessie, S was for Seaboard, and damned if he knew what X was for". I think the X was really for the "sweet mystery of life" in Young Frankenstein.
