Remaining CTC-1B Single Level Cab Cars

I believe that 1647 is the only one left that I can tell. I don’t believe 1630 is getting put back on a set anytime soon. Not sure if 1636 is still on the set with 1126. Can’t tell since 1126 is on the tracker.

1647 is the last 1B according to NETransit. Neither 1630, 1636, nor any other 1600 cab cars (except the disabled ones) show up on the active roster.

1636 is now stored. 1647 is the only one left in active service. This is near the end of the 1600s era.

I hate to say this guys, but I believe that 1647 is now stored. Haven’t seen it on the tracker in quite some time, plus there’s plenty of new rotems coming into service to displace some of the first batch ones up north. Will find out once the roster updates.

1647 was out on the Geometry Train this weekend

1647 covered Worc & GJ on the geo today. Also has 3 CT Rail cars & ofc the corridor clipper. 3C 1065.

It’s actually back from the geo train. I thought it would have been stored from the surplus of CTCs. I’m glad it’s still in service!

Still on the Geo (friend saw it 15 min ago). Either they took it off for a quick revenue trip or let passengers on the Geo set.
